By creating an account or using TaskMaster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Kid profiles within a Family are not independent accounts — they use a PIN as a convenience lock for switching the active profile on a shared device, not a separate login. A kid profile is created and controlled entirely by the parent or legal guardian who adds it. By adding a child's profile, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian and you accept responsibility for their use of the Service under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access accounts, Families, or Groups that don't belong to you, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you add (task names, descriptions, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and used. Deleting a Family or Group permanently removes its associated data and cannot be undone.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (bot protection), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the availability and terms of these providers.
You may stop using the Service and delete your Families or Groups at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
